Sending Handouts by email

C

Colm

Hello all

I want to send hand outs of presentation just like I print them - 6 slides
per page without notes. When I do the "SEND TO" "WORD" the file size is
massive. All I want is a copy of the handouts, not to actually print them.
Can I save this as a file? Does this make sense? The print preview of the
six slides per page is what I am looking for in a word type document.

Thanks

Colm

You may want to try my add-in SlideIntoWord. It does want you have asked
and keeps the file size reasonable.

Hi Colm,
You could try this, though I'm not sure the file size problem will be
solved. If you can clearly see what you need in print preview, press
Alt+PrintScreen. Switch to Word and press Ctrl+V to paste. You can crop using
Word's drawing toolbar, and resize by dragging any "sizing handle" usually
appears as small white box. Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Annie
