Sending failure to addresses outside of local domain

Mike

Hi,

I have a wierd problem that I don't get any hits on while
searching the knowledgebase. I have a user who VPN's
from home to work and everything worked fine for several
months, but in the last couple of weeks any e-mail she
sends to clients outside of our company gives the
following error. Could it be a ISP problem? I've
checked her e-mail account settings and they are the same
as everyone else, and she is the only one having this
problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Is the SMTP server in your network? Might someone have changed the
configuration of it?

The SMTP server is provided by our ISP, and it hasn't
changed, although I could call and discuss this issue
with them. All of my other users are not having this
problem. The only difference is this user VPN's in from
home, and has a different ISP providing her connection.

Thanks,

Mike
