Sending error

Our windows mail will not send at the moment but recieves fine.

The error reads:

Subject 'Fw: inspections comments without bodywork details', Account:
'mail.virgin.net', Server: 'mail.virgin.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '571 5.7.1 Message contains spam or virus : 5626:4000185264|007C',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 571, Error Number: 0x800CCC61

It mentions spam or virus in the message but it says that for any message we
try and send.

Any ideas anyone??!! Thank you

Are you connecting through virgin.net to the Internet when this happens?

Yes the internetis usually running but I think it still happens when only
windows mail is being used

There's nothing you can fix from *your* end.

They think (like it says in the error message) that your message contains
spam or a virus.
