Windows mail won't send "detecting spam"

When I send to an address more than once, I get this message ' Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '571 Requested action not taken: Message was spam or
contained virus', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 571, Error Number:
0x800CCC61'. It is fine the rest of the time. Is it filters?

That's not the whole error message, so I can only offer partial help.
The SMTP mail server you are using has some weird rules, so the
best workaround is to use a different SMTP server.

The message is not from Windows Mail, it's from your SMTP server. Take it
up with your mail provider.
