sending error messages to microsoft

I know there is a way to get rid of that pop up that asks
if you wish to send an error message to microsoft, but I
have forgotten how to do it. Please remind me!!

Hi,

Right click your My Computer, and then go to properties
Then go to the Advanced Tab, and then click on the Error Reporting Button
Now click on the Disable error reporting bullet.
