Sending Error (0x8004210B)

Hi all,

I am using Outlook2007 , when i sendmail with attachment more than 500KB its
giving Sending Error (0x8004210B) and some times its giving error(0x800CCC0B)
also, I am not getting what is the problem.

please help me in this regard.

0x8004210B indicates an SMTP timeout. Lengthen the server timeout value on
the Advanced tab of your account properties and make sure your Send/Receive
interval (press Alt-Ctrl-S while in Outlook to see it) is no less than about
ten minutes.

Also make sure you are NOT scanning outgoing mail with an antivirus program.
It causes SMTP delays and can never find anything anyway, since your AV
program would already have found it before you even composed the outgoing
message if you were infected with something the AV program knew how to detect.
If you do scan your mail, uninstall your AV program and reinstall it without
the mail scanning feature. You will be just as protected.
