sending emails via distribution list using outlook 2003

I have set up a distribution list to send one email to several recipients. Is
it possible to configure the email in such a way that each recipient is
unaware of the others ie in the "to" box it only shows the individual
recipients name and not the whole distribution list.

Put the DL name in the Bcc field. If you don't see it, click View and check
Bcc Field.
