Sending emails through Outlook

I've tried everyu configuration possible and still get the error messages.
I'm using a ISP to connect to the internet and then connect to Yahoo.com.au
for my email.
I can read emails in outlook,but not send anything.

Use your ISP's SMTP server & authenticate to it if need be, or use Yahoo's
SMTP server. You need to check with tech support for whichever you use if
you have problems.
