sending emails as an alternate identity

I would like to send / respond to emails as my web identity email a/c - i.e.
(e-mail address removed).
Is OL2000 capable of being setup to send an email as a specific identity
(which is NOT the same as my current ISP email identity)

Only if you have it configured in Internet Mail Only mode and have a
separate account set up for the other address you want to use.
