sending email

when I write a new email or reply to an email, I am unable
to send it. I have to close it and it goes into the draft
file, where I then move it to the outbox. Even in the
outbox I am unable to send it. Please help me. Thank you.
 
Post your Outlook version, Account type and connection type. What do you
show in your send/receive groups?
