Sending email with YES / NO buttons

Hi all,
Anybody knows how to send an email with buttons like "Yes/No", "I agree / I
disagree"... for the recipients?
It's for Outlook 2003 but it probably hasn't changed much and I know that
could be done in Outlook 2000...

It's the same in all versions -- use voting buttons, set manually on the
Options dialog or programmatically with the MailItem.Actions collection.
