Mr Bill

I recently tried to send an email with half a dozen photos attached. It has
stayed in my outbox for almost a week, and the detail line says that it
contains 15MB. I have not been able to delete it, and when I try to open it
again to cancel it or delete it, I'm given a message that Outlook has already
started sending and cannot open it. I have closed outlook and shut down my
PC to no avail. How do I get rid of this thing?

File - Work Offline

Restart Outlook, tell it to remain offline, try and delete.

you open Outlook and hit send or it is sending, on the bottom right of
outlook is a status box showing the progress of send/receive. If you
highlight that box, a delete command will appear; click it and it will
delete the large e-mail. It was amazing when it happened, because i tried
everything else and then some
