Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, jojo asked:

| why don't both address appear in "to" line?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

I just upgraded to outlook 2000 and in the older version both email addresses
would appear when I clicked "to" in the send dialog. Like Jim and Jim 2 would
be there. Now I only get one choice and have to open up contacts and cut and
paste the other email address.
