Sending email, message appears "interface not registered" - Why?

Help! I use Office 2003 pro and when I try to send email just by clicking
"new" (new mail message) and it says Starting Word as your email editor. I
type my email and then try to "send" and a window pops up saying - Interface
Not Registered. The window is a Microsoft word box with a yellow exclamation
triangle in it and you can only click "OK"
This never used to happen. Why is it happening and how do I stop it. I ran a
repair MS office from the original disc with no joy

Many thanks,
Gavin
