Sending Email from My Computer always defaults to Passport.com

I have been trying to use the My Computer method of reducing the size of
pictures for sending via email. From My Computer I select some pictures,
click on E-Mail this file, Choose Make pictures smaller, choose the size I
want, click OK and then rather than defaulting to my Outlook Express Ver 6
email it defaults to Connect to Loginnet.Passport.com. Is there a method to
have my default to my own Outlook Express email?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
