Sending email from delegate account omitting ' name in behalf of'

Is there any way to send an email as a delegate and omit the 'name in behalf
of' part of the From text as in

laura bird In Behalf Of Legal Services

What we would like to see is just

Legal Services

The network administrator needs to grant Laura Bird's Windows account Send As privileges on the Legal Services account.
