Sending Email for someone else

I have an admin that could send email from me. In the past that email would
have my name in the receiptents in box. Now even though she is a delegate,
her name shows in the receiptent's inbox. manager won't open unless the
email comes from me. How do I do in Outlook 2007. 2003 delegatation did
this.
 
Yes...if forwarding it sends it as me. But if she create a new email in my
inbox it says from her, not me.
 
The view menu is not available from a new email.
