sending e-mail

When I try to send an e-mail I get this message...
Microsoft Office sould not sign or encrypt this message
because you have no certificate which can be used to send
from your e-mail address.

Click Tools>Options>Security and uncheck the box(es) at the top where you're
trying to add the digital signature or encrypt the message.
