I have set up my e-mails to be sent using windows mail which works fine,
incoming server is different from out going. However the out going mail when
received says sent by (e-mail address removed) on behalf of (e-mail address removed). How do
I stop messages showing the on behalf of message?

Windows Mail doesn't do that, so it is likely that your mail provider does it.
Who is the mail provider?

Hi Gary,
Sky.com are the mail provider. I had quizzed them because on initial set up
my post was showing (e-mail address removed) then showed the e mail address that was
forwarding the mail. Sky then gives the option to show your domain name
instead but says that windows mail may show it to read (e-mail address removed) sent on
behalf of (e-mail address removed) which is what is happening

I have seen Outlook do the "on behalf of" thing, but never Windows Mail
or OE. That's why I suspect your mail provider is adding that phrase.
I'm not acquainted with Sky's policies in that regard.
I sometimes send my domain email via Gmail, and they have a special
setup procedure you have to go through once, in order to avoid having
them add the "on behalf of" phrase, see:
