Is there a way to send an E-mail, based on a list, to each
individual on the list, but have the E-mail look like they
are the only person receiveing the E-mail?

This is my first time using this group, so if you have
already discussed this then just send me to the right
source.

Thanks for your help.

Hi!

1). Send Personally add-in ( http://www.mapilab.com ) - but you'll
haven't many options to personalize body of the message.
2). Office mail merge -- you'll meet another problems (like no
possibility to attach file to your email), but our Mail Merge Toolkit (
http://www.mapilab.com/ ) may help to solve the problems ;-)

Actually, all versions of Office since at least Office 97 have had the Mail
Merge feature. Office XP was the first to allow HTML messages to be sent
using a Mail Merge.
