I am trying to send to another person on our local network
a bunch 0f email addresses to avoid his having to reinput
them into his system. Is there an easy way to do this?

In what format is this "bunch of email addresses?"

They are in a group assembled in the address book,
containing the email addresses of everyone in the firm.
Sorry for the delay in replying but this is the first time
I am using this facility and did not know how to work with
it. Thanks for any help you can give me. Regards!

Outlook does not use groups in the Address Book. It uses Distribution Lists
created in the Contacts Folder. If you happen to be using one of the older
IMO versions of Outlook that used the Windows Address Book, it let you
create groups, but those groups did not persist and could not be
transferred. That's why we tell users always to use DL's in the Contacts
Folder, not groups in the Address Book.
