Sending Attachments

I send e-mails with attachments and they never arrive at there destination.
What's worse is that I don't receive any message to say that the e-mail has
bounced back. This mostly happening with JPEG and PDF files. Excel documents
seem to make it through.

I know that Outlook has ablocking mechanism for certain attachments files
but I can't see JPEG and PDF on their blocking list. I sent an e-mail to
myself with PDF and JPEG file attachments and they arrived okay.

Any help would be appreciated.
