I cannot send or receiving messages.
Rogers, tells me that there is a blocage which does not allow messges to be
transmitted or received.
This seems to be a firewall problem. According to them, theproblem can be
only fixed by Microsoft.
Please, help.

I've seen no sign that anyone from Microsoft has read this newsgroup during
the last few months. The only people I've seen providing any answers are
volunteers who usually need a more complete description of your problem
to offer much help.

For example, if you get any error messages when trying to send and receive,
right click on them and copy the entire error messages to your next message.

Also, what firewall programs do you have on your computer?

Problems in Windows Mail are often caused by interference from antivirus
programs, and are often slow to appear. What if any antivirus programs
do you have on that computer, and have you ever had a Norton or McAfee
antivirus program on that computer, even a trial version?

Please give us the exact and complete error message.
