Sending an e-mail as an attachment

I received a bogus e-mail saying it was from Amazon.
Amazon advises to send the fake e-mail to them via an e-
mail attachment so they can look at the header info
instead of just forwarding it to them.

Sounds stupid but I don't know how to do this. I have my
e-mail ready to send to Amazon at the requested address
but I don't know how to find and ATTACH the fake e-mail
they want to see.

Save the document locally (ex: My Documents)

Create the e-mail and click on the paperclip this will bring up an insert
file box and find the document message that you saved.
