An e-mail message attached to all outgoing e-mail messages

With my dad's outlook account, whenever he sends an e-mail, another e-mail
always attaches itself to the beginning of his new e-mail message.

The e-mail that gets attached to all his e-mails is one that was sent to him
by a coworker. So I don't know if my dad clicked on something to get this
message to send with every e-mail or what. It's almost like a "header" to
the e-mail... I looked for settings on that but no luck.

Any suggestions? Thanks guys.
