Sending an appointment from Outllook 2003 to Outlook 2000

We recently replaced our home computer and we are now running Outlook 2003.
My spouse is still using Outlook 2000 at his work. I have attempted to
"invite attendees" to meetings (our usual method to notify him of the family
schedule) so that he can be aware of what is going on, outside of work. This
method does not work with Outlook 2000 at present. What is the best way to
send my spouse schedule information so that he may automatically add it to
his calendar?

By doesn't work, I presume you mean he receives text mails, not the
accept/decline form? Uncheck your reminder before you send to him.

I unchecked the reminder before sending.

He receives text strings only, not the accept/decline form.

So, what else would you suggest?

Force Rich Text Format - right click on his address, select Outlook
properties, and select the send using Outlook Rich Text Format. I never let
Outlook decide anything! ;)

Oh lovely, now I get:

"The name or distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a valid
Address Book entry. The item could not be found."

Any other suggestions?
