Meeting times are off when I invite an Outlook attendee. Clock is

This happens often...... I invite attendees to meetings via Outlook and find
that our respective Outlook appointment is off by an hour. Today I spoke with
the recipient. The request carried the correct Pacific time but when he
accepted it showed up for a 4 hour difference in Eastern time zone vs. 3 hour
difference in his computer. How do I fix this?

Check the daylight savings time settings in both Outlook and Windows to
ensure they match.
