Sending a Link

We have a new machine running Windows XP with IE6. when sending a link, the
address bar in OE reads "Page = home.url(74 bytes) and not the proper
address. Being a new M/C I cant understand why this happens. How can we
resolve this please. Thank you. Ron Shepherd.
 
Have just discovered that Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 327010 covers
this problem.
