Sender Info Display

I just upgraded to Office Pro 2003 from O2K on a WinXP Home machine. All
seems fine except in the inbox it won't display the sender header info ??
The odd thing is that it displays the info just fine on all other sub
folders.

How do I enable sender header view from my main Inbox?? By this I mean the
email body shows sender email address, etc.. Thanks!

What view do you have set on the inbox? Reading pane? Below? None? Did you
add this column to your view?

Navigation pane is selected as is Bottom option on reading pane. Same on
all folders.

Did you add the Account field to the column information? It is not on by
default.
