Right Click on start then explore,find your send to file
(should be toward the top) open it and see if your e/mail
program icon is there, if not creat a shortcut for e/mail
and drag and drop it into this folder
Select the picture and choose the option "E-mail this file" in the left
pane.
If this din't help, click Start | Run | type "regsvr32 /i mshtml"
and "regsvr32 /i shell32".
