Send to Word in greyscale

I'm trying to send a PowerPoint presentation to Word and
am having 2 unrelated problems:
1. Even though I'm vewing the presentation in greyscale
when I send it to Word it comes in in color. Any ideas on
how to send it so that it comes into Word in greyscale?

2. Although I select the option for 2 slides to a page
(with blank lines next to the slides) I get 3 slides on a
page -- too small to read text. How can I get only 2
slides on a page?

Helps if you specify which version of PPT you're using.

See Send to Word and Save as B/W Images at
http://www.echosvoice.com/gotchas.htm

PPT 2002 and 2003 won't send to word in B/W regardless of which view you're
sending from.

Re question 2, the image in the dialog is wrong -- that selection is
actually for 3/page, not 2/page. There is no option to select 2/page. After
sending, you can format the table row heights in Word to end up with 2/page,
though, if that's what you need.

Or use Shyam's Handout Wizard, which will do what you're after.

You might visit here, for your colour problem

Convert PowerPoint's color values into greyscale
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00342.htm

For your second part. I usually delete the slide number column, turn the page
into Landscape, with the margins set to .75 all around. reset the column widths
to whatever I think is best for my project.
