A while ago I went through all my inbox looking for non-essintial messages
so to add senders to the blocked senders list. It worked fine for a while
But now the same senders are pouring into my inbox.

Now that I have two irregularities in outlook, I'm staring to beleive there is somthing wrong with the software. But then I have just repaired it, and the same problems still exist.

If I don't get clear answers very soon, I will have to uninstall Office 2007 to
re-install again.

Hope sombody can help me.
Thank you

It would appear Outlook 2007 is corrupted or you may have some malware and/or a virus.

Check the machine for nasties.

If clear uninstall/reinstall Outlook 2007/Office 2007.

The blocked sender facility in Outlook is next to useless by the way, consider third party software such as Mailwasher (free version available for one e-mail account) to block spam and unwanted mail.

You could always switch to Googlemail which is free, easy to use and has a good blocking filter system. :thumb: I use it without any problems.

Only drawback is that you would have to change your email address and let all your contacts know.

Can't do that

Thank you nivrip but I cannot do that, it is the official agent for my company.
I tried to uninstall & re-install, but it did not work, I know office leaves some traces on the pc when un-installed.
Well I have to keep trying. that is how I learned.
