How can I send inputs entered in fields in HTML to my e-mail address?
 
It sounds like you may be talking about Forms (which have
Fields). If so, check Front Help for Forms.

Your forms will have to be hosted on a server that runs
the Front Page Server Extensions and the host will have
to enable email transport for your site.
