Send To CD-RW

I used to be able to right-click on a file in Windows Explorer in Windows
2000 Prof, select "Send To" and the CD-RW drive. Now it is not an option
(CD-RW) any more. Everything else, e.g. Floppy, Mail Recipient, etc. are
still there, but CD-RW disappeared. Does it have something to do with Nero
InCD? How can I get it back? Also, there are a 4x CD writer and a DVD writer
installed. Now suddenly the DVD Writer only wants to write at 4x in Nero
Express. The field where one can adjust the writing speed is greyed-out.

have you tried reinstalling / upgrading Nero?
