Send to CD burner Question

BlankI want to burn a few of my files. I know I've done it before, but having a senior moment. I thought that when I highlighted the files I wanted to burn, I would right click and the option to send to CD writer drive would appear. I could then send the stuff there.

Yesterday, I tried doing that, but when I right clicked, all I saw was send to floppy drive...no option to send to cd burner drive.

Please refresh my memory as to how to copy files so they go to the correct drive and be notified that I have files waiting to be burned.

Try this:

From Wesley Vogel, MVP

Open My Computer, double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
Right click your CD drive
Properties
Recording tab
Check: Enable CD Recording on this drive check box
Apply
OK
Close My Computer

Thank you. That's just what I was looking for. Appreciate it. I guess,
somehow, something changed, because I knew I was able to burn stuff before.
