Open Explorer or My Computer
Navigate to Documents and Settings => your profile => Send To
With the folders also showing (files, doc, music, etc.) (or open two
separate windows) grab the folder you want in Send To with your right
mouse button and drag it to the Send To folder. Release the mouse
button and select 'Create shortcut here'.
You can rename the shortcut if you want
