Send report using Rich Text Format

David Stumbles

G'day,

I have an Access 97 database on a server that many people
use. One user has been sending out reports to various
management people weekly, using the "Send", "Rich Text
Format" option, creating a file in Word 2000.

This worked fine on his previous PC. He has had the PC
upgraded and now the report is having the fields cut off
at a certain length. The fields also appear to be
narrower, but losing the end of the data in some fields is
the main problem.

I have checked numerous things to see where the settings
differ on his PC to others, but have not come up with
anything.

Has anyone struck a similar problem and if so, do they
have a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dave.

Thanks Allen. However, they are Text fields, not Memo
fields, and there seems to be no hard returns in the
fields. It has given me a few more things to try though.

Any other possibilites?

Thanks again,

Dave.

If you are using non-standard fonts (e.g. downloaded from Internet), it is
possible that the font metrics are wrong. Test if the problem occurs with
Arial or Times New Roman.
