report format can copy and paste

I use MS Access to generate report and send out email using sanpshot
format, but user is unable to copy and paste the content of the
report. I tried to export rich text format, but it does not have the
report format and data are not align.

Any report format to export can keep report format and give users
ability to copy and paste the content of the report?

I think you need to be more specific about what you seek... "copy and paste"
is a very general term. I can copy and paste information from a report into,
say, a Microsoft Word document without any problem, so I'm guessing there
must be more to your needs that just copying and pasting the text.

I may or may not be able to help, even with details, but my guess is that
nobody can be of help to you with the description you have given here.

Yes, I can copy and paste the MS Access report to a MS Word document.
I use the report and send email using Snapshot (snp) file format.
Users can not copy and paste using snp file format.
If I use rich text (rtf) format then the report does not align and
does not include report formating.

Try using PDF format. I use "PDF Creator", open-source software from
SourceForge, which installs as a printer. There are other PDF creation
software packages available; there's some discussion and examples at
http://www.lebans.com (I think the discussion covers printing to PDF from
VBA code.)
