Access 97 Report

I've created a report in Access 97 that has both text and picture background.
I want to capture the hard copy format of the report in a file and the rich
text format is the only format that I thought has this capability. Whenever
I run the output as a rich text format, it only captures the text. I thought
rtf files capture both text and graphics. Am I wrong? Is there a way to
capture the report in the same hard copy format to use in the "sendmail"
macro function?

While RTF can contain graphics, the RTF that's generated from Access
doesn't.

You could use Snapshots, or you could try converting what Stephen Lebans has

output format dropdown selection of macro action "SendObject"?

Sorry, I never use macros, so I'm not sure.

There's definitely nothing for PDF in Access 97.
