Send / Recieve

My outlook 2007 W/bcm has stopped automatically checking for new new
messagess. I have gone into options and set default to check every minute but
it does not perform this. Any ideas as to what might be causing this. Tks
Must use sen/recive button on tool bar to get mail?
 
Alter the setting to not less than 10 minutes, setting for less can cause
resource problems
