send/recieve error

Operations time out both in sending and recieving to POP
server.
In "Test Account Settings"
the first three tests are successful but the last
two, "Log onto incoming mail server" and Send Test E-
mail" fail.

Did you contact your ISP and made sure that you have the right account
settings ?
