Send/Receive Not Working

The Send/Receive button on one of my user's Outlook does not work. It
keeps coming up with Operation Failed message. This is Outlook 2002 and we
are using Exchange 2000. What would cause this to happen and how do you fix
it?
 
Hmm - without an error message, how the heck would we know? We ain't mind
readers, clairvoyant or have crystal balls.
Also, this is an XP newsgroup - if you have Exchange or Outlook issues, they
need to be directed to the gurus in the appropriate newsgroup(s).
 
Hmmmm if there was a message I would have wrote it don't you think admiral
boy. If you don't have anything intelligent to add for help then maybe you
shouldn't waste your time and others with your comments.
