SEND/RECEIVE: New Setup

I just downloaded OFFICE 2003. After I setup email and tested successfully
.... I tried sending my first email through new Outlook .. and it said
"Operationed failed.
An Object could not be founf"

What does this mean and how do I correct so that I can start receiving and
sending email normally as I have on my other computer?
