Send / Receive E-mail at startup

Outlook 2003 will not send/receive e-mail at startup. I
have e-mail settings selected to do so but it still does
not.
 
Perhaps you could post the settings you used so we can see what's wrong. I'm
having a hard time with mind reading today.
