can receive e-mails but can't send them using outlook 2007

I need help sending my e-mails using microsoft 2007 i can receive e-mails but
when i try to send them the recipents aren't receiving my e-mails what am I

The first thing to do is to test the Account Settings. Do Tools-Email
Accounts, highlight the account and click on "Change". On the box that
appears there is a "Test Account Settings" button. Click it, and post back
with any error message in FULL please.

Followed your instructions. Test message sent and received. Tried sending the
original email again after checking that I used the correct "to" address. The
email sat in the outbox with no error message

Are they in your sent box? Does it happen with all of your recipients, or
just certain ones?
