Make sure your toolbar isn't too short to display the button. Click on the
dark blue down arrow at the end of the toolbar to see any hidden buttons.
It's also possible that the entire toolbar is hidden. You can check that by
going to View>Toolbars, and make sure there is a check box next to "Standard".
