Why do my pictures dissapear when forwarding?

I created a newsletter, when I send it to another computer some of the
pictures dissapear. Both mail clients are Outlook 2003.
 
I have the same problem with pictures disappearing; getting small X's
instead. Can anyone tell me what to do about that?
