Send & Receive All fails

When using the toolbar to "send and receive all" i
receive the message "operation failed". When I tried to
open the send and receive dialogue box under "options", I
receive the same message.

I can go through under the tools and send and receive
each separate account, any ideas as to why I can't do
them all in one transaction?

Does it work when you reset your end/receive setting by renaming your
srs-file to .old?
