Send Pictures Via Email Dialog Box

When I try to email a picture from "My Pictures"
the "Send Pictures via Email Diablog box" does not pop up
giving me the option to make my pictures smaller for
email. Can someone tell me how to get this option? Thanks

Yvonne ... If you don't get the 'Send Pictures via Email' popup box, type
the following in Start, Run (without the
quotes) "REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL". Note the space between the two.
If you want to send more than one photo, hold down the Control key and
select each photo individually.
If you still have problems, post back.

Not much help but I am having a similar problem, although
I get slightly further. The box opens up,but then the
proceedure stops before my e mail programme starts. This
has only happenend in the last 10 days??
