Send Personally Add In

Has anyone had any problems with an Outlook Add-In called "Send Personally"?

I have a user that crashes his system regularly, so he's been cut off from
installing unapproved applications. He insists he needs this add in to
quickly send group mailings without BCC-ing the group (this avoids getting
flagged incorrectly by spam filters).

He's had Outlook problems in the past so I'm suspicious of the app but need
to know if anyone can point a finger at it.

There are other ways than with add-ins. Mail merge using Word is one method
that, if you have the entire Office suite, comes built-in.
